Have you ever struggled to get consistent with your workout routine?

I was always someone who would start up with all kinds of motivation and then at some point I’d get sick and stop exercising, only to find myself months later having not started up again.

Around the time I started keto, I figured out how to keep myself from getting derailed and create a rock solid habit. Because we all know motivation won’t stick around long term.
