Of all my grandma’s recipes, her turtle bars are my absolute favorite. They’re my kryptonite whenever she sets them out. Since going keto, I’ve done a good job taking one bite and then passing the rest of it to my husband, but now I’ve done one better and made them into my keto dream! These low carb turtle bars clock in at only 2 grams net carbs per bar so I can now enjoy a whole bar without sharing!

There might be school supplies taking over Target, but summer is not over yet! In Minnesota, we earn our summers, so I refuse to let a second of mine go to waste! These homemade snickers ice cream bars are one of my favorite ways to celebrate these warm (sometimes sweltering) temps. Can you believe I can enjoy this type of thing on a keto diet? Doesn’t look like diet food to me.

We’ve officially made it to berry season and I am LOVING IT. I can’t get over how much better berries taste right now compared to the rest of the year. So right now is the perfect time to make this gorgeous little chocolate raspberry tart that allows the raspberries to be the star. This is a low carb dessert that uses absolutely no added sweetener. The sweetness from this tart comes solely from very dark chocolate and raspberries.
